Please read these points before subscribing
This summary explains the operating, support and payment rules clearly before you choose a plan.
- Plans and serversPrices and capacity differ between Arabic, global and Egyptian servers. Most work in many countries, with possible exceptions by server and country of use.
- One stream at a timeThe subscription can be saved on more than one device, but viewing on two devices at the same time is not allowed; starting a second stream stops the first one. For simultaneous multi-device viewing, the upgraded EGY SAT ELITE plans are available.
- Your internet connectionA fast, stable connection is required. For the best result, keep the router close to the screen rather than in another room.
- After activationA subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded after activation. Technical support remains available for the subscription period.
- Apps for devices and TVsSome Smart TVs or devices need a paid app or separate annual activation. Its fee varies by device and is not included in the IPTV subscription.
- Technical supportPlease communicate respectfully. Daily support times are announced through WhatsApp messages; leave a message and wait as the team may be helping other customers.
- Maintenance and outagesAny server can have temporary maintenance or an outage. Notices and completion updates are shared in the dedicated WhatsApp group.
- Independent plansEach server is independent. Plans cannot be switched during the active term because every plan has its own subscription system.
- How servers differServers have separate ownership and offer channels, films, series and sports, while capacity, quality and price differ between them.
- Prices and contentPrices may change or be offered at promotion. Every available plan is family-only and does not include content that conflicts with public decency.
- Before requesting a subscriptionState the screen or device type and country of use, since availability differs by country. Some payment methods can add a collection fee of up to 4.5%.
