Before you start
Connect the device to the internet and make sure it has enough free storage. Use only the APK provided on the EGYSAT website, and share activation details only through the official support channels.
Installation and activation
- Download the official EGYSAT Android app.
- If installation is blocked, temporarily allow apps from this source and disable the permission again afterward.
- Open the app and allow storage access if requested.
- Copy the Mac Address and Device Key shown in the app and send them to support.
- Wait for confirmation, then reopen the app.
Keep device keys privateThe Mac Address and Device Key identify your app installation. Do not post them in public groups.
If the app does not open
Restart the device and router, and set the date and time to automatic. If the problem continues, send support a clear photo of the error and the device model.
Improve playback stability
Use a stable connection and Ethernet for a TV Box when available. Select a lower quality if the connection fluctuates.
