Can I use the plan on more than one device?
You may add the login to more than one device, but streaming on two devices at the same time is not allowed. For simultaneous multi-device viewing, our upgraded EGY SAT ELITE plans are available — open them here.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. Our servers are paid only, so we don’t offer free trials — trials are paid. Trial: EGP 50 for 12 hours or EGP 100 for 24 hours. Trial: $3 for 12 hours or $5 for 24 hours. The trial fee is credited toward your plan if you subscribe within 24 hours. Note: paid trial fees are non-refundable and are only credited when you subscribe on the same day as the trial; with no subscription the amount cannot be refunded.
What internet speed do I need?
The experience depends on a fast, stable connection. Keep the router near the screen and select a quality appropriate for your speed.
Is the player app included?
Some Smart TV player apps require a separate annual activation. The cost varies by device.
Can I cancel after activation?
Under the original terms, plans cannot be cancelled or refunded after activation. Request a paid 24-hour trial if you want to check first.
Are there extra payment fees?
Some payment methods may add a collection fee of up to 4.5%. This is confirmed before purchase.
