EGYSAT helps customers choose digital streaming plans and configure compatible apps and devices. Features, content and prices differ by plan and country of use.
Prices and payment
A displayed price remains indicative until support confirms it before payment. Some payment methods may add a collection fee of up to 4.5% when disclosed in advance.
Trial and activation
A paid 24-hour trial may be available and its price may be credited when subscribing, according to the confirmed offer. A plan begins on activation.
Acceptable use
- Personal use with one stream at a time unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- No unauthorized resale, sharing or circumvention of restrictions.
- Keep login details and device keys private.
- Use the service and content in accordance with applicable law and rights in your country.
Availability and support
Quality depends on the internet connection, device and external services, so every channel or feature cannot be guaranteed without interruption. Published support hours are 12 PM to 2 AM Cairo time and may change.
